Rarities #15: Oasis Heathen Chemistry Promo (2002)

This promo item for Oasis' Heathen Chemistry album is housed in a digipack casing with the booklet attached. The CD itself features the image of Liam Gallagher in his classic pose of tilting his head back and singing upwards at the mic.

Heathen Chemistry is Oasis's fifth studio album, following the lacklustre Standing On The Shoulder Of Giants, which saw them changing their logo to a more modern one. However, for Heathen Chemistry, they decided to revert back to their original log, which is a smart move since the original logo is classic.

First single The Hindu Times hit #1 on the UK Singles chart, becoming their 6th #1 single. The other singles from this album became Top 3 hits as well: Stop Crying Your Heart Out, Little By Little and Songbird.
